Henderson merges Pattullo and Burvill funds

Henderson Global Investors has merged its Managed Distribution fund into its Cautious Managed offering, with managers John Pattullo and Jenna Barnard joining Chris Burvill on the combined portfolio.

Henderson said following shareholder approval, the £277m Henderson Managed Distribution fund will become part of the group's £817m Cautious Managed fund. Pattullo and Barnard become co-managers alongside Burvill (pictured), who will lead the construction of the equity component and continuing to oversee the strategic asset allocation.
