Pau Morilla-Giner has been appointed CIO at wealth manager London & Capital as Ashok Shah steps aside from the role.

Morilla-Giner (pictured) was previously head of equities, commodities and alternative investments and will continue to be responsible for the firm's range of equities and commodities funds. His additional responsibilities in his new role are developing the firm's macro-economic views, providing the framework for asset allocation and taking investment decisions. Shah, head of the company's investment desk has been working with Morilla-Giner for the past 18 months as CIO designate.
