Global equities manager Wes McCoy has rejoined Standard Life Investments after taking a break from the industry.
Having joined SLI in 1999, he left in 2008 to pursue charity work in Malawi with the Microloan Foundation. Since his return, he has worked for Odey Asset Management on its global multi asset hedge fund. At SLI McCoy (pictured) was a UK retail and institutional high alpha manager, becoming manager of the UK Equity Unconstrained fund when it launched in 2005.
