Zurich is to cut 200 jobs from across its UK Life business.
The insurer announced this morning that about 200 jobs will be removed from several departments across the business, and senior management will be included. The redundancies, to come from a staff of 1,400, are subject to consultation. The departments affected will include sales and and marketing, senior management, finance, risk, compliance and operations. Zurich has notified the people whose jobs may be affected that their roles are at risk of redundancy.
