Henderson's Formica joins IMA board as part of reshuffle

The IMA has announced a series of changes to its board with the appointment of Andrew Formica, (pictured) chief executive of Henderson Global Investors, and Mark Zinkula, CEO of L&G Investment Management.

Hugh Mullan, UK managing director at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, and Andrew Laing, deputy chief executive at Aberdeen Asset Management, have also been recruited to the board. Douglas Ferrans, IMA chairman, said: "I look forward to working with the new IMA board and am pleased to have such established industry figures join us. I have every faith that the IMA will go from strength to strength with their help."
