Former LVAM manager Chandler joins Kames

Marcus Chandler has joined Kames Capital to work with his former LV= Asset Management colleagues Piers Hillier.

Chandler has joined as senior portfolio manager in the US equities team, and will also assist in overseas equities, reporting to head of North American equities Ian Cooke. He previously worked at LVAM running a US equity income fund until the fund management of the range was outsourced to Threadneedle Investments last year. Hillier, who joined Kames in March, was previously CIO at LVAM.
