Joe Faraday and Tom Record have stepped down from their roles as co-managers on two Baillie Gifford Asian funds.
Emerging market equity manager Roderick Snell remains lead manager of the £68m Pacific fund, but Claire Hindley, who recently joined the EM desk, replaces Faraday as co-manager. Gush is now sole manager of the £19m Greater China fund after Record stepped back as co-manager. Record and Faraday will take on responsibilities within other areas within the firm. Faraday took over from previous co-manager Richard Sneller last September. Sneller stepped back to focus on his role as head of the company's emerging markets equity team and manager of the £661m Emerging Markets Growth fund. ...
