SLI's Hambi to run RBS portfolios following tie-up

Standard Life Investment's MyFolio managers Bambos Hambi and Katie Trowsdale will run a range of five new risk-rated funds for RBS following yesterday's distribution deal, Investment Week can reveal.

The MyFolio range, run by Bambos Hambi, offers investors five different portfolios based on their attitude to risk. SLI confirmed under the deal struck with RBS, Hambi (pictured) and Trowsdale will run five segregated mandates which effectively mirror the existing MyFolio range, with identical risk profiles used to determine which portfolio investors should be in. The new funds will be a core offering promoted by RBS' in-house advisers.
