Barings poaches Invesco Perpetual's Hayes

Baring Asset Management has appointed Nicola Hayes as head of client service and relationship development.

Hayes moves from Invesco Perpetual, where she has worked for 11 years. Most recently she was associate director for global sales and relationship management, responsible for the sales and marketing of Invesco's products outside the UK. She begins her new role with immediate effect. She will be based in London, reporting to George Harvey, head of sales, business development and client service.
