'We are praying for a correction': Miton duo gear up for US launch

Miton will add a new equity fund to its range on 18 March with the launch of the CF Miton US Opportunities fund for recent hires Nick Ford and Hugh Grieves.

The all-cap fund will aim to take advantage of under-researched opportunities in the small-cap end of the market, holding 46 stocks at launch. That launch comes at a time when US indices are trading at record levels – this week the Dow reached a record high of over 14,200 points, surpassing its 2007 peak, while the S&P 500 traded 20 points off its own record high of 1,565.
