Aberdeen launches strategic bond fund

Aberdeen has launched a Strategic Bond fund for its London-based global credit team.

The fund, structured as a UK-domiciled OEIC, is managed by a team led by Oliver Boulind, head of global credit and global high yield.  It will aim to achieve a long-term total return through a portfolio of global investment and sub-investment grade government and corporate debt. The managers will be able to adjust its asset allocation across both, corporate and government bonds to best suit a changing economic environment and market conditions.
