Senior portfolio manager Ryan Hughes will leave Skandia in the coming months to pursue a new opportunity in the industry.
Hughes (pictured), who has been portfolio manager at Skandia since 2006, will remain at the firm until his responsibilities are handed over. Last December Investment Week reported Hughes' role at Skandia had changed. He was handed responsibility for managing investment solutions on the firm's platform and was no longer actively running money for the firm. A spokesperson for Skandia confirmed Hughes will depart the firm in the coming months. "Ryan has decided to leave the business and we wish him well.
