Henderson has hired Roger Thompson from JPMAM to replace Shirley Garrood as CFO of the group.
After 12 years with Henderson, Garrood will retire from the group in March 2014 and will stand down as CFO and a director with effect from 1 July 2013. She will be replaced by Thompson, who was most recently global chief operating officer of JPMAM's investment management business. He was previously head of its UK franchise and prior to that international CFO. In his 19-year career at J.P.
