Former Marathon AM manager Louise Keeling is to join RWC Partners to head up a newly-created global equity team.
Keeling, who spent six years as a portfolio manager at Marathon, uses a "tangibly different" investment approach to other global managers, according to RWC. That approach focuses on capital cycles within sectors, and emphasises the structure of management incentives and their alignment with shareholder interests.
