Len Warwick, who has been described by colleagues as a "pioneer" of professionalism and treating customers fairly (TCF) in financial services, has died aged 68.
Warwick (pictured), born in Woking, Surrey, spent more than 50 years in financial services, holding a series of high profile positions and winning a string of accolades. By 28 he had become national sales manager of Endsleigh Insurance. He went on to found independent firm Warwick Butchart Associates, which he set up in 1981, acting as chairman ever since.
