Henderson Global Investors' £12.7bn property business has appointed Tony He as director of property for its Chinese consultancy.
He, who will be based in Henderson's Beijing office, has been hired to spearhead the development of the group's investment management franchise in China for both domestic and international investors. In addition, He will facilitate the delivery of the existing PRC development projects, and will work closely with Henderson's Asia Pacific Property team, exploring relationships with local developers and financial institutions for Henderson to expand its property business in China.
