Cazenove's Rob Thorpe to exit group ahead of Schroders takeover

Cazenove Capital's head of UK retail Rob Thorpe is to leave the firm imminently as Schroders concludes its takeover of the group.

Thorpe, who has been at Cazenove since 2004, is expected to move to a new firm later this year, Investment Week understands. He is the latest senior figure to depart the business following the exit of Chris Rice last week. Investment Week has already revealed Cazenove's director of investment funds Robin Minter-Kemp is expected to leave once the handover is complete.
