Sheldon MacDonald, senior investment manager at Architas, favours real estate investment trusts (REITs) for property exposure and has named the four trusts he is backing in his portfolios.
The manager of the Architas Multi-Asset Blended range said trusts offer the easiest way to allocate to the asset class within the UCITS fund structure.
