Kames Capital has reshuffled its high yield investment team, after hiring Stephen Baines from Oriel Asset Management as fixed income manager.
Baines joins the high yield team with nine years of investment experience, having started his career at Baillie Gifford. The reshuffle has also seen Claire McGuckin (pictured) promoted to co-manager of the High Yield Bond fund alongside Phil Milburn, to replace Melanie Mitchell. Mitchell will move onto managing investment grade portfolios within the firm, the area where she began her career with Kames.
