Miton has appointed former J.P. Morgan Asset Management investment trust head David Barron as director of investment trusts and product strategy.
Barron (pictured) left JPM in January, having headed the group's investment trust business since 2002. At Miton, he will work alongside the board and head of sales and marketing Ian Chimes - who joined Miton earlier this year following its takeover of PSigma AM - to develop the group's funds and suitable investment strategies.
