Skagen appoints emerging markets manager

Skagen has appointed a new portfolio manager, Hilde Jenssen, to the emerging markets focussed Skagen Kon-Tiki team.

Jenssen, who has almost two decades of capital markets experience, will start the role at the beginning of October. Jenssen (pictured) will work alongside colleagues running the Skagen Kon-Tiki fund including Kristoffer Stenstrud, Knut Harald Nilsson, Cathrine Gether and Erik Landgraff. She joins from US-based Skyview Investment Advisor, where she had been a partner and portfolio manager since 2009. Prior to Skyview, Jenssen worked at Riverview Alternative Investment Advisors and Pomegranate Capital. She has also worked at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse First Boston. "We are ve...
