Toogood and Hutchison to join City Financial

Former Morningstar OBSR employees Peter Toogood and Gill Hutchison are to join City Financial next month.

Toogood, who was investment services director at Morningstar OBSR, has joined the group's investment team alongside Hutchison to help research funds and provide advice to the fund managers. The hires come following the surprise exit of Ed Rosengarten, the firm's head of UK asset management.
