Ignis Asset Management has launched the Luxembourg-domiciled Ignis Global Macro Government Bond Fund for Russ Oxley, head of rates.
The latest fund in its absolute return range, the Specialised Investment Fund (SIF) is a non-UCITS version of the popular £1.5bn Absolute Return Government Bond fund, also managed by Oxley (pictured). The new fund will target double the risk of the existing vehicle, with a higher expected volatility of 8% to 12%, but will be managed by the same team using the same investment process.
