Global Income manager Laud to exit Schroders

Sonja Laud, manager of the Schroders Global Equity Income fund, is to leave the group by the end of the year.

Laud (pictured), who has worked at Schroders since 2005, will be replaced on the £100m fund by Ian Kelly and Jamie Lowry. Kelly runs the $71m ISF European Equity Yield fund, while Lowry runs the $565m ISF European Equity Alpha fund. The pair will also take over management of Laud's $348m ISF Global Equity Yield fund, as well as her role running the equity component of the $973m ISF Global Dividend Maximiser, co-managed by Thomas See.
