Zurich UK Life has appointed Richard Romer-Lee's new consultancy firm to help with the launch of a new investment fund proposition for its intermediary platform in the coming year.

David While, head of retail at Zurich's UK Life business, has revealed plans to launch an "exclusive new investing fund proposition" for advisers with the help of Square Mile Investment Consulting and Research. The new consultancy business was unveiled by Romer-Lee and Nigel Whittingham in September, nearly a year after the pair left Morningstar OBSR, and will officially launch in January 2014.
