Prusik Investment Management co-founder Heather Manners has outlined three forward-looking Asian themes she expects to drive returns for her portfolio in 2014 and beyond.

Parts of Asia have had a tough 2013, but if markets turn around there could be a number of opportunities for investors. There are different ways to play the growth of the region, including via UK companies. Below Manners highlights three such ideas. A major play for the Prusik Asia fund in future will be ‘big data' and business intelligence, which sees firms try to monetise data they have about their customers and their spending habits.
