Kames bolsters global equities team with new hire

Carolyn Bell has joined Kames Capital's international equities team as the group bolsters its US equity capabilities.

Bell joins Kames as an investment manager with responsibilty for portfolio management across North American equities, reporting to head of North American equities Marcus Chandler. She was most recently at Baillie Gifford, working latterly on US equities team until her departure in April 2013. Prior to that she focused on the technology and energy sectors, having begun her Baillie Gifford career researching Asian and UK equities.
