City Asset Management makes two hires to investment team

City Asset Management has expanded its investment management team with two new hires.

The firm has appointed Matt Groom as investment director and Thomas Watts to work on support and new client business. Groom was previously head of private clients in London and the South East at Sanlam Private Investments and has 20 years of finance experience. Watts was formerly an investment assistant at SPF Private Clients.
