Thames River chief executive Toby Hampden-Acton has become the latest senior figure to leave F&C.
An F&C spokesman said that Hampden-Acton left last month, adding no direct replacement would be appointed. Instead, the CEO's responsibilities will be taken over by Hugh Moir, previously COO, in the latest change since Thames River was acquired by F&C in 2010. Hampden-Acton joined Thames River in 2004 as chief compliance officer before later becoming chief executive. Prior to this he worked at Barings and Cazenove.
