Miton has seen assets under management grow to £3bn mark in the year to 31 December following inflows and the acquisition of PSigma Asset Management.
In its full-year results, released today, the firm said the acquisition of PSigma AM generated £749m in new assets, while net inflows added £351m, taking total AUM from £1.8bn to £3.1bn. The figure is in line with the group's estimates for total AUM at the time of the £13m deal to acquire PSigma last summer. The acquisition meant PSigma's star managers including Bill Mott joined Miton's senior investors such as managing director Gervais Williams (pictured) and Martin Gray.
