Ashcourt Rowan completes acquisition of UKWM

Ashcourt Rowan has completed its acquisition of UK Wealth Management Limited (UKWM) from Duke Street General Partner in a £14m deal.

The group has received FCA approval for the takeover, first announced in December, which will see Ashcourt Rowan increase its nationwide footprint to 17 offices and its assets to over £5bn, of which £2.2bn is discretionary and managed.
