Kames Capital is expanding its property management team with two new hires after launching its first ever Property Investment Authorised Fund (PAIF) last month.
Iain Corker joins on 6 May from DTZ's retail asset management team and will work with Phil Bach and Helen Batten on the Active Value strategies. Chris Munday will join on 9 June from Valad Europe, where he was a portfolio manager, and will work with Sarah Cockburn on the Aegon UK Property fund. The new additions to the team will bring the total number of analysts and managers to 18 as the group makes a push into the retail market for the first time.
