Ex-Cazenove director Minter-Kemp joins River and Mercantile board

River and Mercantile has hired former Cazenove director of investment funds Robin Minter-Kemp as a non-executive director.

Minter-Kemp (pictured) left Cazenove last summer following its £424m takeover by Schroders. He had been at Cazenove since 2001, overseeing a rise in funds under management from £300m to £6.5bn over that period. Prior to Cazenove he held roles at Henderson and HSBC Asset Management. His latest appointment follows River and Mercantile's merger with investment consultancy P-Solve earlier this year.
