Kemp exits Albemarle for senior Morningstar position

Dan Kemp has left Albemarle Street Partners (ASP), less than two years after co-founding the consultancy, to join Morningstar.

In his new role, which he will assume on 2 June, he will co-head Morningstar's EMEA investment consulting and portfolio management team together with Robin Johnson, senior investment consultant. Both report to Daniel Needham, global chief investment officer. Kemp (pictured) co-founded ASP with Clive Hale and Sam Liddle in 2012 and is the second founding member to leave the firm this year, after Liddle left for Church House Investments in March.
