Minter-Kemp joins Rayner Spencer Mills Research

Robin Minter-Kemp, former director of investment funds at Cazenove Capital, has joined Rayner Spencer Mills Research (RSMR) as a non-executive director.

He will help Rayner Spencer Mills further develop its ratings and investment research proposition. Minter-Kemp exited Cazenove after it was bought by Schroders last year. This is the second non-executive role he has taken on in as many months, after he also joined the board of River and Mercantile Group in May. He has previously held roles at HSBC Asset Management and Henderson Global Investors.
