Cofunds appoints former FNZ CEO to exec role

Cofunds, has appointed former FNZ UK chief executive Paul McMahon as strategy director.

He joins on an initial six-month contract, reporting to CEO David Hobbs. McMahon (pictured), who will also join Cofunds' executive committee, left FNZ in April 2013 after less than a year in the role. He was previously director of strategy and marketing at AXA, MD of AXA Elevate and group marketing director of Aegon. "Cofunds' ability to use its scale to power ahead of its rivals has long impressed me," he said.
