Former Barings trio Percival Stanion, Andrew Cole and Shaniel Ramjee have joined Pictet Asset Management to lead a push into the multi-asset space.
The three managers will join in the coming months after resigning from Barings in August. Percival will be named vice chairman of Pictet Asset Management and will join as head of multi asset strategies (excluding Switzerland) reporting to Olivier Ginguené, head of asset allocation & quantitative investments. The group will launch a multi-asset Diversified Growth strategy fund as its first product for the trio, with further launches also planned.
