Threadneedle's Frederic Jeanmaire is to take over management of the group's Pan European Focus fund as lead manager Dan Ison steps back to become deputy.
The change, which will come into force on Monday (1 September), will see Ison and Jeanmaire switch roles, the latter having been deputy manager since July 2013. Ison (pictured) will continue to run the £91m Pan European Equity Dividend fund he took over in June following the departure of Nick Davis, as well as the offshore £139m Pan European Equities SICAV. He returned 73.7% on Pan European Focus over the five years to 15 August, according to Morningstar, compared with an IMA Europe inc UK sector average of 65.3%.
