John Betteridge, the former chief investment officer of Prudential's UK insurance division, has joined Rowan Dartington to head its asset allocation team.
Betteridge, who has also become a non-executive director of the business, will now be responsible for making the key macro calls impacting Rowan Dartington's investment teams.
