Miton Group has completed its acquisition of David Jane's Darwin Investment Managers for an initial consideration of £1.35m.
The deal completed on 12 September and follows Jane’s earlier move across to Miton to manage the funds formerly overseen by Martin Gray. Jane (pictured) begun running the funds, which include the flagship CF Miton Special Situations portfolio, this June following Gray’s departure. He also continues to run the TM Darwin Multi-Asset fund, which will now be integrated into the Miton range following the completion of the deal.
