Rob Hudson, currently head of Charles Stanley Direct, is joining Aberdeen Asset Management to develop the group's digital proposition.
Hudson (pictured) confirmed last month he will be leaving his current role at the end of December after three and a half years. At Aberdeen, he will be in charge of strengthening the group's digital communications with clients. An Aberdeen spokesperson said: "The investment environment is evolving. RDR and annuity reform both mean we have to be more relevant and focused as a group to end customers - both in how we communicate and how we express ourselves digitally."
