Former executive chairman of Brewin Dolphin Jamie Matheson has been appointed chairman of Saracen Fund Managers.
Matheson was executive chairman of Brewin Dolphin Holdings for eight years, before leaving in March 2013 amid a management reshuffle. Upon his arrival at Edinburgh-based Saracen, current chairman Jim Fisher will remain at the firm as a director.
