F&C will launch an onshore version of its F&C Property Growth and Income fund this Friday.
The fund is currently run as an offshore Guernsey-based structure but the asset manager is hoping to broaden its appeal by launching an onshore version. The onshore version, which will launch on 30 January, will be a master fund into which the offshore portfolio will feed. The fund currently has 65% in property equities and 35% in bricks and mortar holdings. The fund will continue to be run by manager Marcus Phayre-Mudge and team.
