Schroders discretionary sales manager exits to join F&C

Schroders' Alex Howe has joined F&C as sales director on its UK wholesale team.

Howe spent eight years working at Schroders in the UK asset manager sales team, primarily focusing on London discretionary firms. He will work alongside F&C head of wholesale institutions John Bennett, as well as Simon Cordery, head of investor relations and business development for investment trusts. The retail sales team was reorganised at the start of 2014 and the firm is now working on a restructure of its wholesale team.
