Fidelity's Himsworth: Why I am backing wealth managers to outperform

Fidelity's Leigh Himsworth is investing in wealth management companies as a key theme within his UK Opportunities fund, in the hope M&A and pension reforms will boost the sector.

In his first interview since joining Fidelity from City Financial in December, Himsworth (pictured) said wealth management was a strong theme throughout his portfolio. He brought his £63m UK Opportunities fund, which he has managed since 2011, over from City Financial on the condition there would be no change to the management or investment style.
