Old Mutual Global Investors' fixed income director Stewart Cowley is to leave the group in June.
Cowley, manager of the £559m Old Mutual Strategic Bond fund, will be replaced on the portfolio by Christine Johnson and emerging market debt head John Peta as of 1 May. Cowley's £190m Managed fund, meanwhile, will be taken over by Lee Freeman-Shor and Anthony Gillham. OMGI said it will now move to a "team-based approach" across its fixed income range, in accordance with the arrival of Russ Oxley and team, who join from Ignis this month.
