Dexion Capital to launch UCITS platform for alternative strategies

Dexion Capital's Magnus Spence is preparing to launch an alternative UCITS platform, with its first offering managed by a former member of the MPC.

The Irish-domiciled Dexion Liquid Strategies platform will offer a range of liquid alternative investment strategies to UK and European investors, bringing its first fund to market in June. The first vehicle will be the Keynes Dynamic Beta Strategy fund, managed by Sushil Wadhwani, a former Monetary Policy Committee member and founder of Wadhwani Asset Management. The manager will use quant-based models to invest tactically between equities, bonds, and cash in the portfolio, which will have a total expense ratio capped at 1%, including a management fee of 0.75%. “This platform give...
