RSMR poaches L&G's Forrester for business role

Focus on fund group relationships

Fund research and ratings group Rayner Spencer Mills (RSMR) has appointed Legal & General's Simon Forrester as its new business development manager.

Forrester, who has been fund relationship manager at Legal & General since 2008, will now focus on developing RSMR's links with fund groups, life & pension companies, and platforms. He replaces Nigel Baines, who has been promoted to head of business strategy, where he will focus on "strategic projects". On the appointment, RSMR director Geoff Mills said: "Forrester's appointment comes at a significant time in our development and allows us to have greater focus on the provider community."
