BNY Mellon delists offshore EM Core fund as majority shareholder withdraws

BNY Mellon has delisted its Emerging Markets Equity Core fund from the Irish Stock Exchange after a majority shareholder withdrew their holding.

The $86.5m fund was removed from the official list and from trading with effect from 8 October. A spokesperson for BNY Mellon said: "We can confirm that we are closing the BNY Mellon Emerging Markets Equity Core fund, a sub-fund of BNY Mellon Global Funds, due to the majority institutional shareholder redeeming their holding."
