Hargreaves Lansdown has appointed Amlin chief investment officer Jayne Styles as an independent non-executive director and chairman of its investment committee.
Styles will continue to direct investment strategy, governance and operations for Amlin's £4.25bn global multi-asset, multi-manager portfolios. She will also remain a member of the Amlin Management Committee, which sets corporate strategy for the group. Amlin is an independent insurer operating in the Lloyd's, UK, Continental Europe and Bermudian markets.
